Perimenopause and menopause are a dramatic hormonal transition, including a gradual loss of menstruation and symptoms such as—

  • Twelve consecutive months without a period. The average age of menopause in the US is 51.

  • If you are in your late 30s, 40s or 50+ —this is for you.  Most women experience ovarian aging after 35. You can get started before you have symptoms to get your plan in gear, if you are perimenopausal (in your 30s or 40s) or postmenopausal (50+). The key is to start now. Research has shown that women who make changes when they are perimenopausal can feel better during this transition and be healthier post-menopause. 

  • Our 4-week virtual program features weekly hour-long sessions led by a PhD, Registered Dietitian. You can choose between individual or group coaching for personalized nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle guidance tailored to your body’s changing needs.

Nutrition, movement, and stress management can help support hormone balance, including evidence-based methods that improve the regulation of estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol.
