Annina Burns, PhD, RDN, IFMCP, is the founder and lead coach at Simplina Health. She holds a PhD from Oxford University and was the first PhD/RD nutritionist to become certified in Functional Medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Her advanced training in Food as Medicine and Mind-Body Medicine shapes her holistic approach to care.

With over 15 years of clinical and research experience in women’s health, Annina works at the intersection of nutrition, fertility, and midlife transition.
